What is the average range of an electric scooter on a single charge?
Most of our commuter models offer a range between 15 to 30 miles, while our high-performance sports models can reach up to 60 miles depending on rider weight and terrain.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US usually takes 3-7 business days via FedEx or UPS Ground.
Do the scooters come with a warranty?
Yes, all our electric scooters come with a standard 12-month limited warranty that covers the motor, battery, and controller against manufacturing defects.
Are your electric scooters water-resistant?
Most of our models have an IP54 or IPX5 rating, meaning they are resistant to light splashes and rain. However, we do not recommend riding through deep puddles or heavy downpours.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused scooters in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to opened items.
Do I need to assemble the scooter myself?
Our scooters arrive 95% pre-assembled. You will typically only need to attach the handlebars and tighten a few screws using the included toolkit before your first ride.
