Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Scooter

  Carefully place the scooter in its original packaging, ensuring all chargers, manuals, and tools are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition and odometer reading, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
